Book Club, Monday September 21
Hope you will be able to join us for Book Club, Monday September 21st at 7:00 for socializing and snacks. Bring a snack to share, drinks will be provided. Virginia and Carlos will be hosting at Channel Island Drive in Austin. Join us on zoom at 7:30 if you can't come in person. Remember even if you haven’t read the book or finished it, the discussions are always relevant and good. Join us in person or Zoom. The book for September 21st, is: The Spellshop by Sara Beth Durst. It is a romantasy debut. Join Kiela the librarian and her assistant, Caz the sentient spider plant, as they navigate the low stakes market of illegal spellmaking and the high risk business of starting over. Kiela has always had trouble dealing with people. Thankfully, as librarian at the Great Library of Alyssium, she hasn’t had to.
